01 / OVERVIEW

Product Description

PRP KIT with BIOTIN is a professional medical device designed for the efficient preparation of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) from a patient's own blood. The system uses a specialized separation tube to isolate plasma and platelets from other blood components, supporting the preparation of platelet-rich plasma for professional medical and aesthetic procedures.

Featuring a Triple Sterilization Process and labeled Pyrogen-Free, the kit is designed to support sterile blood collection and plasma separation. Its gel-based separation system helps separate red and most white blood cells from the plasma, allowing healthcare professionals to collect and prepare platelet-rich plasma.

Designed for professional clinical applications, PRP KIT offers a convenient preparation process with an approximate plasma yield of 2–4 ml from an 8 ml blood collection, according to the packaging instructions.

02 / GUIDELINES

How to Use

For professional medical use only.

  1. Prepare the Kit: Open the sterile blister packaging and remove the PRP collection tube, ensuring the packaging is intact and the product is within its expiration date.
  2. Blood Collection: A qualified healthcare professional collects the patient's blood into the designated vacuum tube according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Gentle Mixing: Carefully invert the tube to ensure the anticoagulant is properly mixed with the collected blood.
  4. Centrifugation: Place the tube in a compatible, correctly balanced centrifuge and process it according to the manufacturer's verified centrifugation specifications.
  5. Plasma Separation: Following centrifugation, the separation gel forms a barrier between the plasma and the majority of the red and white blood cells.
  6. PRP Preparation: Gently resuspend the platelets in the plasma. If a higher platelet concentration is required, adjust the plasma volume using the manufacturer's approved procedure.
  7. Clinical Application: The prepared PRP may be used by qualified healthcare professionals for appropriate procedures consistent with the product's approved intended use.
